Zena Van Ackeren started her casting career right out of college. She began scouting and booking dating shows such as Blind Date and Change of Heart—before the term “reality TV” was even created.
When reality television became a bona fide sensation, she was at the forefront of the craze and quickly rose to become on of the top reality casting directors in the business. Thirteen years later, Mrs. Van Ackeren’s impressive resume includes hit shows such as “Supernanny” “Big Brother” “Don’t Forget The Lyrics” “Secret Millionaire” “Biggest Loser” and “Celebrity Mole.” Since 2008, she has been working exclusively with Shed Media, one of the top US/UK production companies in business. Her focus is overseeing the casting department and developing show ideas, while ultimately seeking the perfect cast to bring their shows to life!
Patricia Kara has been working in the entertainment business for over twenty years as an actress, model, spokesperson and television personality. Her career has recently included a starring role on NBC’s Deal or No Deal, Extra correspondent, red carpet hostess for Fox Movie Channel, and even a spot on People Magazine’s “100 Most Beautiful People”. She has worked with and represented companies like AT&T, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Disney, Mars, Toyota, and Reebok. Since being born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, her professional career has given her the opportunity to travel all over the world, while personally she has been able to be involved with amazing charities like Trinity Children’s Foundation, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, the Make a Wish Foundation, the Salvation Army, and the Elizabeth Glazer Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
Elisa Hallerman started her career as a litigation attorney in New York. She then moved out to Los Angeles where she entered into the entertainment industry. Starting as an assistant and making her way up through the ranks. She was a partner at UTA, where she worked for 12 years. She currently works at William Morris Endeavor where she has been for the last 3 years.
