LOVED your vlog- thank you! I had a conversation with my mom this morning about me not being who I really am (living my truth) the conversation turned into total disaster. How do you deal with the fallout from others when you want to be your truth and that may be something others do not like or are not used to? Also, if you feel like MOST areas of your life have not been lived in truth- career, interactions with others etc. how do you tackle so many areas? Lots of love!

This was one of my favorite V-logs from you EVER! I’m in serious need of the truth in my life. I am so fake sometimes and the only reason is because I’m afraid that the truth isn’t good enough. This all leaves me feeling very phoney and at the same time doing a huge disservice to the world around me as well but an even huger disservice to myself. I kept wondering why these situations where I’m faced with the decision to be authentic or not keep coming up. Because it’s time I do something about it. I keep putting on a facade and lying to people, lying to myself. And now I see this video and I know. This is the time to stand up and stop running away from my truth. I’m really hoping the next time I’m faced with this type of situation I have the courage to speak my truth. I need to be talking to my ~ing alot more!

Perfect timing Gabby. This video spoke to my heart and gave me chills! Just yesterday my boss asked me “If you could create your perfect job description, what would it be?” I freaked because I don’t like my job and have been too afraid to speak my truth, year after year. It was clear to me that I need to be truthful this time, and I have a week to think it over…..I know I have guidance around this one, I just need to open up and listen

This really resonates with me Gabby, as I’m becoming more aware of how I’m feeling in every situation. I’m learning how to be a ‘constant companion’ of myself, checking in and taking notice of myself, always. And to add, I also notice I need a loving way to speak to myself in the moment. I’ll say to myself, “sweetheart” or “honey” … “how are you feeling?” and this seems to allow for any defense or judgement of myself to lose grip and slowly release into loving arms.

Wow Gabby, what an awesome Vlog.. It’s amazing how big daddy (who I call God) works.. I gave my lead a little while back and I’ve been very aware lately how I have not been ‘walking the talk’ lately. I am so able to give ‘advice’ to others, but to really look at myself, well, sometimes I just suck at this:) Thought I was on this awesome spirituality quest lately and rocking it, till I did my lead and got honest.. again.
