  15. Karena says: August 20, 2012 at 2:10 pm

Hey, Gabby, I am a reverent follower of your teaching and the style in which you present new ideas to us less informed students of Miracles. I hear Wayne talk of Kundalini, as a tool in his spiritual practice.
Is there a modified technique for those that may be a bit physically challenged?
    Karena @ 56:)

    1. Gabby says: August 20, 2012 at 11:09 pm

      Hi Karena,
I will be sharing a ton of different kriya’s in my videos. Many of them are seated and involve arm movement. If a seated position is more comfortable for you then you’re in luck! Hang tight for more:) xoxo

  16. Darris says: August 20, 2012 at 2:25 pm

What a beautiful way to begin the day! Breath is so important and Kundalini is a great way to practice breath and the side benefit of the butt lift ain’t bad either ; ) Thanks so much Gabby!

  17. Sami says: August 20, 2012 at 2:52 pm

Love this topic and your tips!

During a writing session this morning, i was led to the idea of changing my morning mindset/routine since I have discovered that my mornings are being driven largely by ego thoughts. This was the exact guidance I needed today. Thank you :)

    1. Gabby says: August 20, 2012 at 11:09 pm

      awesome!

  18. Kristin says: August 20, 2012 at 2:58 pm

This was just what I needed. I’ve been working to create a morning routine. For the past two weeks I’ve focused on meditating for just five minutes when I wake up as a positive way to start my day; this will be a great addition!

    1. Gabby says: August 20, 2012 at 4:21 pm

      enjoy!

My daughter send me your vlog and I am charmed by how well you combine and share so many important, relevant healing modalities in such a light and fun manner. I’m a flower essence therapist for many years and am familiar with your influences and point of view. So many are in need of flower essences, nature’s vitamins for the emotions…It would be so lovely if you were to bring awareness of this incredible health and self-actualization “tool” to many who may benefit. I’ve been using flower essences for more than 30 years and counsel and practice here and Miami. I do counseling at Namaste Bookshop at 2 Westr 14th Street on Thursdays; if you haven’t visited Namaste yet, you’ll love it. Hope you take a moment to visit my site and I’m thrilled to speak with you about the power of flowers. I have several students and friends who study at Golden Bridge. What a treasure. Sincerely, Linda Cohen, NYC

it’s awesome that you and your daughter are sharing your spiritual journeys.

Hi Gabby, I was introduced to your work by a client of mine. I went with her to hear you speak at the Gay and Lesbian Center on W 13th St about 2+ years ago. My intuition told me to open this e mail today and I and I’m curious if you are starting your teacher training at Golden Bride Yoga NYC this fall? Congrats! I’m a teacher there and I just love how “serendipitous” it is I opened this e mail, when you announced your training (I hardly ever read e mails and this is the first one of yours I’ve opened in years). If you are taking it in New York I am looking forward to connecting! Sending you love and joy. Sat Nam!

Gabby! Thanks girl! Loved the Kundalini exercise – it made me giggle but from the inside, if that makes any sense! xx

  28. Jade says: August 21, 2012 at 6:03 am

Beautiful! Love it! I’ve written down the prayer and will start using it! :-)

  29. divineyoganista says: August 21, 2012 at 7:24 am

Golden Bridge are lucky to have you! Kundalini is yoga cranked 500% and the results are SO powerful yet it’s still too woo woo for main stream. You are most likely going to change that… :-)

So inspiring and energizing. Thank you, Gabby, for sharing your uplifting practices with your viewers.

  31. Talia says: August 22, 2012 at 12:39 pm

Gabby, I love you! You are such an inspiration! I have tried to gain awareness of starting my day in a positive way. Often times, when I drag myself out of bed, it is a challenge to make my 1st thought of the day a positive one.The prayer you say is beautiful and that is something I want to do now! Thank you! xoxoxo

  32. Waseem says: August 24, 2012 at 6:15 am

    Hi Gabby,

Just want to express my gratitude for sharing this! I now start my day detached from my ego and feel so much more open to receiving whatever the universe, God, wills for me. I love the butt toning exercise! Really does energize me and the tension sure feels good on those leg muscles… Waseem :)

  33. Karin says: August 26, 2012 at 3:48 am

Soooo inspiring, sharing it with all my friends <3 The prayer was absolutley beautiful, I have the Course in Miracles book standing in my book shelve, not read it yet though. I've become such a spirit junkie the last year and I've speed read most of the current Hay House authors just to fill the void!

Keep your inspiring videos coming, and many thanks for sharing your magic!

Lots and lots of love from beautiful Zurich, Switzerland

Hi Gabby! After watching this vlog and getting your tweets about Kundalini yoga I attended my first class tonight. I cried my eyes out. I’ve never had an emotional experience like that in a yoga class. I loved it! If you hadn’t shared your experiences and love of Kundalini yoga I would have probably never gone. Thank you so much for sharing yourself with us. You inspire me so much. God bless you. Love, Marika
