Meditation for Prosperity

photo-7Sat Nam my friends! I am so proud to share that yesterday I graduated from level one Golden Bridge Kundalini teacher training. Yogi Bhajan said, “If you want to learn something, read about it. If you want to understand something, write about it. If you want to master something, teach it.” So it is with great pleasure that I share these tools with you!

Today’s vlog is one of many Kundalini meditation videos that I’ll be sharing. In this video I teach the meditation for prosperity. This meditation expands your electromagnetic field which enhances your attracting power. In addition, this meditation stimulates the mind, the moon center and Jupiter. When Jupiter and the moon come together there is no way you cannot create wealth! When you practice the meditation in this video chant along with the Har Tantric found below. If you have questions or thoughts about the meditation I welcome you to leave a comment below.

If you’d like to learn more Kundalini yoga and meditation from me join me for my May Group workshop entitled Bust Through the Blocks or join me June 28 – 30 for my annual Kripalu retreat.

Enjoy today’s vlog! Cheers to your abundance.

Practice this meditation to the Har Tantric mantra found below:

Is it possible to post a link to the Tantric Har Too track that is not a Spotify link? I don’t have a Spotify account and I don’t want to sign up for one. Perhaps there is a copy of the track out there that doesn’t require a subscription.

Lissa, look for it on YouTube or download it from SoulSeek or a torrent feed.

What is the significance of 11 min? I saw on one of your other vlogs to meditate for 11 mins also

Reply

Jessica Magoch March 6, 2013 at 7:20 am

Hi Shari,
I looked into this for you. The number 11 is based on its significance in numerology. Certain numbers have special significance, 3, 7, 11, 21, and Kundalini meditations should be done for one of these durations. I went through my teacher training 22 years ago so had to look this one up! “Eleven represents transcendence or mastery.” from http://www.kundaliniresearchinsitute.com

Gabby March 6, 2013 at 3:20 pm

The specific time suggestions for Kundalini meditations are also based on the how your brain and nervous system are affected. more to come

Reply

Chris March 6, 2013 at 9:22 pm

According to Yogi Bhajan 11 minutes of meditation begins to change the nerves and the glandular system.

This really works. I meditated this weekend about getting out of my restaurant job to dive fully into my freelance career in TV, Film, and Video production. It was the leap of faith I most needed to take. The next day, I left that job and promised myself that I would retire the apron. Over the past 2 days I have been determined to believe in my abundance even though I am broke and jobless. I told a friend not to worry. God knows my situation and he could send me a job out of the blue. I was doing your meditation for prosperity for only a few minutes, when I was interrupted by a call that I really wanted to take (even though I shouldn’t have until I was finished) I told my friend about my crazy job situation and we both agreed that it was a good move. Not thirty minutes later, i got a call from a producer that I’d never spoken to before, that had gotten my name from someone I didn’t even know to work on a Rascal Flatts video for the next couple of days. I’m telling you this is powerful!

First off, congrats Gabby! I’m so amazed by you. Thank you for sharing with us.

Funny story, I have been super stressed at work planning a large conference. The non profit sector has been contracting with the last few years of downturn so getting our organization’s members to sponsor the conference has been really difficult. It has brought a lot of stress and frustration into my life. I have been rocking out to your abundance meditation trying to get past my blocks. But this morning I hit a wall and was feeling so so low. And then your latest vlog magically showed up in my inbox and it immediately put me in a positive mood and helped shift my mindset. It was like the universe was supporting me at the moment where I felt that I was without support. Thanks!

Hi Laura,
Found this for you from Yogi Bhajan: “We practice 40-day meditations to embody new experiences or increased capacities. We practice 90-day meditations to clear our subconscious and build new habits. We practice 120-day meditations to realize that awareness in our daily lives. But when we want to experience self-mastery and confirm our consciousness, beyond every change of time, space and circumstance, we practice 1,000 days.”

Satnam Chris, I’ve done this meditation every day for over 1 1/2 yrs ( started july 27 2011) and my income level has not increased any. i’m doing this as a 1000 day sadhana. my outlook on money , prosperity and abundance has changed and broadened and my recognition of the importance of gratitude in my life has grown. i am well taken care of in my life ! i believe that the meditation will take longer to manifest for some people than others…..i’ll let you know what’s shown up in my life when my 1000 days is finished. good luck to you, TW

Reply

Chris March 15, 2013 at 2:35 am

I wonder why your income level hasn’t increased since you’ve been doing it that long? I’m currently in the process of doing 1000 days of the 25th Pauri of Japji, see how that goes.

Chris March 6, 2013 at 9:27 pm

Also it’s important to note that you roll the “r” at the end of har, so the tongue hits the upper palate.

Just a qüestion that keep me so worried: I want to atract a good boy into my life but it’s really hard for me, could you help me please; Have you some advice for me?

Sat nam Gabby! Thank you for all that you do. I’m currently reading May Cause miracles and I start week 3 (Body Image) this week. Something I have always struggled with….

I was just wondering….I practice Kundalini Yoga where I live (Australia) and I have done this meditation, but here we practice it differently. We cross the thumbs underneath, whereas here you cross them on top? Where I live they are all about the integrity of the practice, and keeping the Kriya in it’s most original form. Which way is correct? Maybe it depends on what hemisphere you are from in the world? as to how you practice?? ;-)

I was just wondering if this is as effective when you don’t chant “Har” along with the music for all of the 11 minutes. Its no problem to do the hands and focus on a dristi, but I find myself fading off with the repetitive chant then “remembering” I need to say it off and on every few minutes for the 11 minute duration.

Reply

Gabby April 7, 2013 at 8:53 pm

it is suggested to chant with the har. you can chant har in your mind
