What a beautiful interview! Thank You both!! I actually bought this book a couple of days ago and am still devouring it. I already drink green juice but only once a day so I am looking to slowly move certain things out of my diet and add better choices in…..we’ll see what happens from there. My question ( I haven’t finished the book so I don’t know if it’s answered) is Almond Milk? I’ve never been a big dairy lover…don’t eat cheese, drink milk or eat ice cream but I’ve been turned on to Almond Milk and I really love it. I mainly drink it as a snack……any thoughts on this?
I am excited to be on this new journey of spiritual and physical health! Thank you both for sharing your wisdom with the rest of us.
Love You
Jaime

Yes, almond milk is definitely a YES! You can drink it plain or make many yummy recipes with it.

Gabby,

Great interview! Lots of warmth and love between you.

I’m glad you mentioned the idea of living in The Zone when it comes to dietary choices. When our bodies rebalance, in my experience, they naturally tell us what we need. It doesn’t have to be hard.

Re: loving the taste of coffee. Have you ever tried yerbe mate? It’s a South American plant with even more nutritional benefits than green tea. Like green tea, it has less caffeine than coffee. The flavor is slightly bitter and smoky–like coffee, but different. I mix yerbe mate and green tea together for a power hit that’s still mega-healthy.
